Human Beams accepts article submissions in the areas of Politics, Social Issues, Lifestyle, Human Rights, Commentaries, and Editorials. We also are accepting original fiction, in a limited fashion, as well as recipes, photo essays, book, movie and music reviews. As we are globally focused, geographical location has no meaning. We wish to know not only the news of the world, but how the news affects those that live it.
[note:As we are an entirely volunteer organization, providing a free publication, we do not pay for submissions. All copyrights are retained by the author.]
Regular articles should be at least 700 words, and can be submitted
through e-mail, plain or rich
text.(Poetry, fiction, etc, are do not have to meet the 700 word limit.)We reserve
discussion and debate of issues, attacks on the basis of race, religion, sexual
orientation or political affiliation are greatly discouraged.
Human Beams is a truly international operation, and should your submission be accepted, it will be read by people world wide. Please take the time to view the magazine, and the current and past
work, to get a feel for the sort of material we generally accept.
Should you be interested in joining Human Beams in a behind the scenes capacity, please email us to see if there are openings in the area you are interested in. If not, and you think we need your talents, write
in and tell us about it. You may have thought of something that we haven' t yet. If you are interested in something continuously exciting, fulfilling, and most of all, worthwhile, don't hesitate to let us know.
Thank you for your time and interest. We hope to hear from you in some way, but if not, please enjoy your time with us, and keep checking back as we grow.
